While the Oliver company has had somewhat of a un-normal progression, they have continued to produce quality affordable tractors and equipment throughout the years. After various acquisitions and mergers years earlier, Oliver came up with an entire new line of tractors built upon the earlier success of models such as the 60, 70 and 80 series. While Oliver did try to produce a diesel engine version of the 80 series, very few where sold whoever for various different reasons.
